Rentals are handled directly by the
individual lot owner - please contact the lot owner with any
questions about their lot. Monthly pricing and availability for all lots is in the table below. For further information on a particular lot click on the street address in the table and it will take you to the individual lot page. Contact information is on the individual lot page. All lots require a minimum of a $250 reservation deposit at the time of booking. This deposit is NON Refundable. It will be converted to a security deposit at occupancy. Some lots may require additional security deposits beyond the $250. The 2012/2013 season requires a minimum rental period of 4 months if you wish to rent during the November-April period. The best value is a 6/6 rental. A 6/6 ("six and six") rental secures the lot for your exclusive use for a year. You may occupy the lot for any six months during that period - they do not have to be contiguous months - and leave items in the Coach House or on the lot year round. You may come and go as you please, but if you occupy the site for more than 6 months additional rent may be due. A 6/6 rental period can start in any month - typically they start in November and go through October of the following year. But the start date is negotiable with the individual lot owner. All lots are exclusive of electric - you pay your own electric directly to the lot owner. Electric rates will vary among the lots, depending on individual owner contracts with the electric company but will range from .12-.18 cents a kilowatt hour. The first table below is for the 2012/2013 rental season. There is no increase in next seasons rates. For remaining 2011/2012 availability scroll down below the first table.
