Site size is 40' x 80' and is oriented North/South.  The RV is on the west side of the lot, so there is shaded seating any time of the day.  Motorhome front windows will face north.  5th wheel rear living windows will face south.   4009 and 4011 Mallard are side-by-side and can be rented together or individually, subject to availability.

Ample space for 2 vehicles and the largest RV.

The Coach House on this lot is available for use by the tenant.  Self-contained, air-conditioned Coach House Cottage with:

    *    Queen-size Murphy Bed            *    Wardrobe with plenty of Storage            *    32" flat-screen TV with basic cable

    *    Private wireless Internet or LAN            *    Wired for Stereo                 *    Granite Kitchen Counter & desk tops

    *    Under counter refrigerator/freezer and Microwave Oven        *    Full bathroom with Washer/Dryer

    *    Private Security System        *    Basic kitchen appliances, dishes and linens provided    * Hot & Cold outside pet shower

Cottage is designed with cedar plank walls and tin ceiling with indirect lightening throughout.

Water is provided at no additional cost to the renter. Electric usage will be paid by the renter & will be deducted from any remaining deposit at the end of their stay. (Cable TV & Private Wireless Internet will need to be purchased by the renter. ) 

Rental available for lot only (requires a $250 deposit) or lot AND Coach House (deposit $450). No weekly rentals.
