4008 Mallard is a 40x80 RV site with ample parking and “bird friendly landscaping”, conveniently located
close to the pool/clubhouse. We have an outdoor patio area with a table for six guests with plenty of
room for your outdoor activities. Directly behind our RV site and patio area is a Retama Green Area with
grass and various native tree species that attract a variety of birds and butterflies.

The Coach House is fully finished, divided into 2 rooms: a screened room with a private, 3 person Hot
Tub, and the main portion of the Coach House with a separate full bathroom and shower; a kitchen with
prep area, bar sink, cabinets, microwave, A/C and a full size capacity washer and dryer. High speed
internet and cable are available from the local carrier.

5 month special: 50% off the 5th month (half the rental price of the least expensive monthly rate of the
months rented).
