Retama Village is a big-rig friendly community with extra large lots and wide streets. Our lot is located at 4107 Lark Drive, which is not a through street so there is little traffic and at 32’ wide allows for easy back-ins. The lot itself is 40' x 80', easy back in on concrete pad 26' x 65', rig will face south so you will have lots of shade from your rig and the coach house. The chair and table set shown is not included in the rental. The coach house does have a washer and dryer.

Monthly rental rate covers water, sewer, garbage pick up and landscape maintenance. You will be responsible for the electricity you use. Retama Village has a host of amenities available to you, like a community clubhouse with indoor and outdoor kitchen, billiards room, library, three heated pools (lap, social, spa), fitness center and craft center. The clubhouse is only short walking distance from this lot.
