well. Both of those lots are for sale, with possible owner financing
available. Contact us for additional information. Renters of any
lots for sale have right of first refusal on a sale, and we
protect those renters during the rental period from a required
move because of sale.
This lot is our personal lot, and
we use it part of the season. Any months not blocked out are
available for rent on a
MONTHLY basis. We will negotiate use of the unfinished Coach House.
We do have items stored in it.
Site size is 40' x 80' and is oriented
North/South. The RV is on the west side of the lot, so there is
shaded seating any time of the day. Motorhome front
windows will face North. 5th wheel rear living windows
will face south and overlook the Bentsen Palm Village RV Resort.
It is a short walk to the Retama Club.
Ample space for 2 vehicles and the largest RV
with space left over for patio seating.
The Coach House on this lot is unfinished but is
wired for electric. There are electric outlets inside, outside
on the sides of the Coach House and in the planting island.
There is a workbench, chairs, etc inside the "shop".

Drive is not a through street, so there is little traffic. Lark
Drive is a 32' wide (curb to curb) street to allow easy back-in. |
