This luxurious RV lot is located on the highly desired south side of Lark Drive which borders the Bentsen Palm Village RV Park. Big-rig friendly, Lark Drive is not a through street so there is little traffic and at 32’ wide allows for easy back-ins. The Retama Clubhouse is short walking distance from this lot.

The RV site is 40’x80’ with ample parking for an RV and two vehicles with lush maintenance free landscaping. Motor Homes would face north, while rear 5th wheel windows would face south with a west facing main patio and private rear patio facing south. The coach house is not available at this time.

Monthly rental rate includes water, sewer, garbage and landscape maintenance. Tenants would pay for their electric use.
