Wonderful lot in beautiful Retama Village.  This is a gated 55+ community with a clubhouse that includes an indoor kitchen, outdoor kitchen and bar, billiards room, library, separate game rooms, three heated pools - lap, social, and spa - fully equipped fitness center, and a craft center.  Also provided is a woodworking shop located next door on Bentsen Palm Village RV Resort.

This community is big-rig friendly with large lots and wide streets.  The lot is 40' x 80' with the concrete pad being approximately 26' x 65'.  An unfinished 12' x 20' Coach House and basic cable TV is included with the lot rental.

The lot is situated north/south with the north end facing the street and the south end overlooking Bentsen Palm Village RV Resort.  There are no RV sites behind this lot.  Lark Drive is not a thru street, so traffic is minimal.  Placement of the lots in the north/south direction means ample shade from the evening sun without the need of the awning.

The Coach House has power and is fully insulated with finished walls, but is otherwise unfinished inside.
