Site size is 40' x 80' and is oriented
North/South. The RV is on the west side of the lot, so there is
shaded seating any time of the day. Motorhome front windows
will face North. 5th wheel rear living windows will face south
and overlook the Bentsen Palm Village RV Resort. There is no RV
immediately behind the lot.
This lot has a very nice tan tile-design epoxy
coating on all concrete surfaces. Besides looking great, this
makes it very easy to sweep or blow off the patio. There is ample space
for 2 vehicles and the largest RV with space left over for lots
of patio
seating.
The Coach House on this lot has double French
doors in the front, and a single door at the side. It is unfinished but is
wired for electric. There is a stacked washer/dryer in the Coach

Lark Drive is not a through lane, so there is
little traffic. Lark Drive is a 32' wide (curb to curb) street
to allow easy back-in.
