Our lot is at 3903 Lark Drive, which is not a
through street, has little traffic and is 32' wide. Retama
Village is a big-rig friendly community with extra large lots
and wide streets. The lot is a partial-corner lot (in the sweep
of the corner) so it is about 60' wide in the back, 65' on each
side, and it Y's in towards the street. There is plenty of
concrete patio area for seating, and space for the largest rigs
and toad. We easily put a 45' 5th, a 26' truck, a car and a
motorcyle on the lot, with space for seating. Your rig will face south so you will have lots of
shade from your rig and the coach house (the coach house is not
available for use). We do have fenced outdoor storage area
behind the Coach House that is available for use - it would be a
good place to store your grill or bikes.
Monthly rental rate covers water, sewer, garbage pick up and
landscape maintenance. You will be responsible for the
electricity you use.
Retama Village is a 55+, gated community. Amenities of the
community will all be available to you...community clubhouse
with indoor and outdoor kitchen, billiards room, library, three
heated pools (lap, social, spa), fitness center and craft
center, with woodworking shop next door at Bentsen Palm.
