This lot is on the highly desirable north-facing side of Lark. This side of Lark provides the best shade and sun combination in the community and was the first area developed - there was a premium charged for these lots, and when you see the location it is easy to determine why.

Lark Drive is not a through street, so there is little traffic.  Lark Drive is a 32' wide (curb to curb) street to allow easy back-in.
